Arcadia Apartments Crane Service – Bronson Crane was selected as the primary crane services company for the new Arcadia Apartments located in Sandy, Utah. These stylish new apartments were built by The Wasatch Residential Group as the General contractor; Bronson is pleased to again have been selected by the well-known Framing Company Utopia Construction, as the crane contractor for this amazing community. Utopia is known for being one of the Fastest, cleanest, and hardest working framers in Utah. Utopia is family-owned and run, so you can always expect great service and to get the job done. This beautiful complex has a community clubhouse, resident lounge, hot spa, and a fully appointed gym. Community courtyard, business center, picnic area, and fire pit, it is an amazing array of amenities including a family pool available for all residents. The 5-story structure required not one, but TWO of the Bronson Potain IGO T-85 A self-erecting cranes from their large fleet of cranes. This allowed Utopia’s crew to reach every part of the structure as they did all framing which helped speed up the project and save money overall.
