Sage Valley Apartments Crane Service – Bronson Crane is pleased to have been selected as the primary crane provider for the new Sage Valley Apartments currently under construction in West Valley City, Utah. Its been a pleasure to work again with Rimrock construction the general contractor and Morin Construction the framing contractor. This is a massive project which will be a major addition to West Valley with its 430 high-end apartments and 21 townhouses. This state-of-the-art community comes with ample parking, dual master suite gatehouses, high-end amenities in two residential towers, deck plazas, and even includes a large community park. The project is surrounded by easy access to retail shopping and entertainment. This stunning project has been designed by the talented team at Beecher Walker Architects in Salt Lake City and will become a showpiece of modern living in the heart of West Valley City. The ideal solution for a sophisticated framing project required the use of two Potain Self Erecting IGO 85 A cranes. These amazing cranes provided a rapid installation and ready in a very short time to assist with the framing needs of a multi-story project.
